St. Joseph’s Private Schools have been using The Visual Bible Explorer Series by Pristine World for the past three years. It has been an invaluable resource, particularly for students who learn best through visual and interactive methods. Personal Testimony for Visual Bible Explorer Series
The Anglican Diocese of Sabah been using the Visual Explorer Series by Prestine World for the past few years, and it’s honestly transformed the way we engage with visual storytelling and exploration. I have used Pristine World Series in teaching Asli children at Kpg.Dusun Paya and Kpg. Pondoi. Their age are from 10 – 12 years old. Through these series children are able to understand the Bible Truth, God ‘s plan and purpose for mankind. Most important that each child knows the Salvation that Lord Jesus prepared for them. Secondly , I want each child to read out the story to improve their reading skills.
The BK Online Quizzes – Miss Satkunamary, National BK Quiz Committee
The announcement of the Covid-19 lockdown in March 2020 took all of us by surprise. The 24th National SPM Bible Knowledge Quiz 2020 was certainly affected and we did not know what to do but pray that God will make a way. Miss Moey Yoke Lai, the FCMSM chairman at that time asked if there was any way to do an online quiz. God sent Mr Peter Lim, Director of Pristine World who told us he would be willing to sponsor the first Online BK20 Quiz. Together with the technical support of Mr Lam Kuan Lock of Cornerstone Corporation, the BK20 written quiz was carried out online. A total of 2015 secondary school students (form 1 to Form 6) from all across Malaysia took part in the quiz. Another online quiz designed for students who take BK as a subject was held a few weeks later with 202 teams. Of this number, 13 teams representing their regions/states were shortlisted to enter the National Oral Quiz finals which was held via Zoom.
In 2021, Pristine World again sponsored the BK21 quiz (1805 participants) and the SPM BK online quiz (169 teams). In 2022 and 2023, the two quizzes were online again sponsored by Pristine World.
In 2024, the Federation of Christian Mission Schools (FCMSM) decided to go back to physical on-site quizzes at the 7 Regional Centres in Miri, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, Melaka, Penang and KL/PJ. However, the larger quiz BK24 for secondary students from Form 1 to Form 6 still had to be carried out online to make it more accessible to the far regions of the country. About 1500 students did the online quiz while the SPM BK teams met face to face. The Oral Quiz finals was held at SMK St. Joseph in Kuching. This year, 2025, once again, Mr Peter Lim sponsored the Online BK25 quiz which drew almost 1400 participants online. The National Oral finals was held at SMJK Katholik, PJ on 12 July. Mr Peter Lim presented Bible Resource packs to all 33 teams (66 students) and 33 teachers.
Pristine World has come alongside the FCMSM and is a strong partner of the National SPM BK Quiz. As National Quiz Coordinator, I am deeply thankful to Mr Peter Lim and Pristine World. We look forward to Pristine World’s continued support for the National BK Quiz in 2026 which will be the 30th year of the Quiz.
